On the morning of February 10, a driver of a Ford Explorer pulled out from his parking spot in front a business in the 14700 block of Arrow Route and crashed into a blue Toyota Camry heading westbound. The driver of the Camry was taken to the hospital for treatment of unknown injuries.
California Vehicle Code Section 21804 (a) states “The driver of any vehicle about to enter or cross a highway from any public or private property…shall yield the right-of-way to all traffic.” If the driver of the truck failed to yield, she could be liable for damages suffered by the driver of the Camry.
