Michael obtained his Juris Doctorate Degree in 2014; Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2011, and was admitted to the California State Bar in 2015. He was selected as the Head Delegate for the Model United Nations, an organization that travels nationwide for international relations and diplomacy, to debate current world issues. He also has 2 years of speech and debate.
His legal experience stems to both physical and financial injuries. He acted as associate counsel on workers compensation claims, handling medical liens, trials, disability issues, medical examiners, and negotiated settlements. He also has extensive experience in building and construction. He acted as General Counsel for one of the largest contractors in Southern California (Lyle Parks, Jr. Construction) and was a Project Manager on many of its shopping center and strip mall developments. He has a vast understanding of AIA Contracts and documents, scheduling, change orders, management, scope of work, and meeting requirements. Michael also physically worked in the construction industry prior to becoming an attorney as a laborer, foreman, and supervised employees.
