An auto-parts delivery driver was killed in a head-on crash in San Bernardino at the intersection of Cajon Boulevard and Hancock street on February 4. According to police, the driver of the truck that caused the accident was heading northbound on Cajon Boulevard, turned left onto Hancock street and crashed in the Nissan Versa which was heading south on Cajon. He was also driving on a suspended license and had a DUI conviction from 2014.
The police are still investigating the accident.
In addition to a worker’s compensation claim for the delivery driver who was on the job when he was killed, the family of has a civil claim for additional damages of funeral costs, loss of future income, support, earning capacity, etc.
