An empty school bus hit a motorist Thursday afternoon at Ellis Avenue and Case Road in Perris. The motorist was hit so hard, emergency workers had to cut him form his vehicle.

Be reminded that any personal injury or wrongful death claim against a governmental agency must be filed within 180 days of the incident according to California Government Code Section 911.2.
