San Bernardino County Men Killed in Irvine Accident

Two men were killed Monday night in a single-car freeway accident while heading southbound on the 133 to I-5. The passenger was not wearing his seatbelt and was ejected.

The men, aged 47 and 50, were from Ontario and Rancho Cucamonga. The accident occurred after 9p.m. when their vehicle made an unsafe turning movement which caused the vehicle to veer off the 133 and hit a tree at 65mph. Hafif & Associates gives their condolences to the families for these terrible losses.

While a seat belt can save a life, a passenger may have a claim for damages against the driver for negligence when injuries occur.
